2. Avoided breakfast did 2 meals only (kakdi helped me to feel full)
3. Started a habit (2 lines of did and next, and daily wins tracker as blog)
4. 2 ltrs of water
5. In toilet, 15 mins (no mobile usage)
6. Helped parents to find an address note
(Got through WhatsApp chat)
7. Helped my cousin to update aadhar
